Severability/No Waiver: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The “customers” defined as the users of this site RefundSpot.Com that has successfully completed the Refund process and is validated by MDL as a legitimate claim. “Program” is defined as the offer and rules establish by MDL, every offer “program” may vary. MDL's better business practice will be to update offers every Wednesday at 8pm central standard time. MDL maintains the right to change our refund offers at anytime.

In order to qualify for any refunds from RefundSpot.Com you must follow our instructions precisely following the links of the desired service located on RefundSpot.Com. Click on the third party link located on our website (RefundSpot.com) to get to the hosting company’s website selecting and purchasing a qualified plan from the stated vendor. Then completing the Refund Form located on RefundSpot.Com.

RefundSpot.Com (MDL Innovations LLC) is the provider of the refunds not the web hosting companies. So please do not contact the web hosting companies about your refund from www.RefundSpot.Com. If you have any questions or would like to check on the status of your refund please contact only us. The following are our refund rules:

A) Cookies: must be enabled on your web browser for verification that you went directly from a link on our site to the web hosting company's website to purchase your qualified plan. Failing to enable your cookies will disqualify you from that specific refund. Otherwise we will not be able to verify your purchase. This step needs to be verified through an affiliate cookie. Otherwise you will not qualify for any refund amount. We are not responsible if the web hosting company cannot verify that you used the link on our site to make your purchase. To ensure that you do qualify, we recommend that you clear your cookies before clicking on our link going directly to your desired service and do not visit other websites until after you have finished purchasing your web hosting plan. Also, the use of any coupon codes may exempt you from qualifying for the refund.

B) Qualified plan: is any plan that we state as qualifying for a refund amount on our website. If you go to a web hosting company’s website listed on our website through our link posted on our web site and purchase a plan that is not stated on our site as qualifying for a refund amount, then you will not qualify for any refund amount.

You must sign up for at least a 1-year plan (except for where explicetly indicated you must continue to pay your invoices each month to qualify) and you cannot cancel it to qualify for the refund. Most of our web hosts listed has a 30 money back guarantee so if you end up canceling your plan before the trial time you will no longer qualify for the refund. To state it plainly each plan has a time frame you must sign up for and keep the service past the money-back guarantee time frame. Each plan will have these time requirements stated on the individual plans.

C) Qualifying Customer: To qualify for a refund you must not have an existing or ever had an account with the service provider, in other words you must be a first time customer for the selected service (vendor) and must be over eighteen (18) year of age at time of purchase. D) Form Completion: You must fill out all required fields on our refund form if required data is not filled out correctly you will be disqualified from receiving the refund. An email will be sent out to give you a receipt of our transaction; it will include a customer number. Any communication with MDL will require the customer number and your name. Once we have verified that your information sent on the refund form matches a qualified purchased plan, we will send you a confirmation email. The information submitted on the refund form is used to verify your sign up with the hosting company and to process the refund.

E) Information Discrepancies: We may ask for a digital receipt if any conflicts arise, if you do not provide us with a receipt within five (5) business days from our request your refund will be denied. To successfully provide us with a receipt if requested, you will need to reply to the request by attaching the receipt to the email or faxing it to (602) 926-2681. The receipt will not be accepted if it has been altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that we receive for any reason. Further more if your information on the form is incorrect, such as your name or address we will not be responsible for the loss of the refund. *Refunds usually take 6-12 weeks to arrive depending on which hosting company you sign up with.

F) Payment Method:

a. Visa Gift Card: In the United States of America the only payment option is a Visa Gift Card. Please read the Visa terms and conditions located on the card carrier. We are not liable for any charges that Visa or their affiliates may impose for use of the card.

b. PayPal: All over sea’s transaction/payments will be conducted using PayPal. We are not responsible for the charges that PayPal or any third party vendor they may use, all charges imposed for the complete transaction will come out of the funds that we dispersed to you.

c. Lost or Stolen Cards: Contact Visa/GiftCards.Com following the instructions on the back of the letter the card came with. For any reason you have not received your card and you received an email that you have been mail a card by our company wait seven (7) business days and if the card has still not been delivered, contact visa/Giftcards.Com.

d. Fee’s: We reserve the right to change the payment methods and related fees at anytime.

11. Arbitration: By simply using our site and or services you agree that arbitration is the exclusive remedy for all disputes arising out of or related to refundspot.com. In addition, both the Company and you agree to waive all rights to a civil court action, only the arbitrator, and not a judge nor a jury, will decide the dispute.

If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve between the MDL Innovations LLC and the customer (customer can be but not limited to user, advertiser, and etc.), we require any such dispute to be settled exclusively by binding arbitration under the federal Arbitration Act. Any dispute will qualify for arbitration resolution. This arbitration shall be the exclusive means of resolving any dispute arising out of your conducting business with us, and any court or any forum can bring no other action.

You will have up to thirty (30) days from the date of the dispute occurred to make such request in writing. You will also have up to fourteen (14) calendar days to respond to each communication from the Company regarding the selection of an arbitrator and the scheduling of a hearing.

If the Company does not receive a written request for arbitration from you within thirty (30) days, or if you do not respond to any communication from the Company about the arbitration proceedings within fourteen (14) calendar days, you will have waived any right to raise any claims arising out of the original issue.

Both parties from a list of available representatives will select the arbitrator. You and MDL Innovations shall each bear respective costs for legal representation at any such arbitration. The parties, if any, shall share the cost of the arbitrator and court reporter.

Waiver of Jury Trial: Each of the parties hereto expressly waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in any legal or court action commenced by any of the parties hereto to enforce, collect, defend, enjoin, or that otherwise relates to this agreement or any of the transactions herein described. Likewise, each party hereto waives any right to have a jury trial in any such legal or court action for any defense, claim of set-off, claim of recoupment, counterclaim or third party action asserted or raised in any such legal or court action. Any legal or court action relating to this agreement or the transactions herein described shall be tried exclusively to a court without a jury. Both parties of this agreement each specifically acknowledges that its execution of this waiver of jury trial is a material inducement for its entering into this agreement.
